  • The product must be unused
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

For exchanges:

  • Place a new order for the desired product
  • Request a return for the original item

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • The amount will be credited within 3–5 business days to the original payment method
